Senior Business Analyst - Digital Assets

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years on crypto, digital asset, or blockchain products
• Proven experience writing detailed functional specifications for API integrations and transaction systems
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals including major networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron), stablecoins, and transaction confirmation models
• Experience documenting integrations with custody providers or crypto payment processors (e.g., Fireblocks, BitGo)
• Knowledge of crypto-specific compliance: AML/KYT screening, Travel Rule, and frameworks such as MiCA
• Familiarity with API documentation, webhooks, idempotency, and asynchronous processing
• Strong analytical skills in data mapping, process modeling, and edge-case analysis
• Fluency in English (B2 level)
• Experience in fintech, brokerage, exchange, or regulated high-risk environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Own analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements for digital asset transaction flows
• Produce clear and testable specifications (SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria) for transaction lifecycles and third-party integrations
• Analyse and document integration requirements for custody providers and payment processors, including API contracts and webhooks
• Map end-to-end transaction flows including edge cases and failure modes
• Translate AML/KYT, Travel Rule, and jurisdiction-specific regulatory requirements into functional requirements
• Define data requirements and reporting needs for reconciliation and regulatory reporting
• Support Engineering during delivery: clarify requirements, assess change impact, and validate delivered functionality
• Contribute to UAT planning and execution, including vendor sandbox testing
• Maintain product documentation in Confluence and manage requirements in Jira
• Mentor other Business Analysts and contribute to raising specification standards
