Identity is a core part of Tesco's Retail Platform, handling user interactions, payments, account access, and the Clubcard Experience through billions of API calls monthly. The team consists of multiple scrum teams focused on continuous authentication, serving billions of authentications per week. The role centers on bridging communication between engineering and other company parts while staying abreast of trends and innovations relevant to the Identity API.

Wymagania

  • Experience in Product Management, preferably 3+ years in agile or scrum settings.
  • Strong technical skills with emphasis on APIs, Cloud Services, and Identity frameworks.
  • Understanding of Tesco’s technical landscape and API infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of API design and best practices.
  • Preferably experience or knowledge of authentication standards like OAuth2 and OIDC.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
  • Highly developed stakeholder management skills with internal and external partners.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in writing effective user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to learn new product areas/domains quickly.
  • Experience working with OKRs preferred.

  • Work in an agile or scrum environment for 3+ years in Product Management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver iterative value.
  • Lead development plans by shaping strategy, defining, and prioritizing business requirements.
  • Work with Product Managers, architects, and development teams to deliver the roadmap using agile methodologies.
  • Prioritize requirements, answer development questions, and resolve issues.
  • Act as a communicator between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain customer-first focus in all activities.
