Project Delivery Manager

• 3+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, Change Management, or IT Business Partnering.
• Experience in a complex, global matrix organization.
• Proven background in large-scale enterprise software or digital workplace migrations, ideally involving Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar cloud productivity platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing complex project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ability to work effectively with both senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as monday.com or similar.
• Strong understanding of change management and business continuity in technology transformation projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into clear business language.
• Fluent English (B2) both written and spoken.

• Guide the DIA Business Partner Network and align MOVE RDT DIA Business Partners across all sub-domains to achieve shared transition targets.
• Manage dependencies and trade-offs by evaluating complex system components like legacy workflows, custom databases, and shared sites to determine migration timing.
• Communicate operational risks clearly to senior steering committees.
• Collaborate with central tech and migration leads to ensure smooth software deployment to avoid business downtime.
