Analityk biznesowo-systemowy (k/m)

Lumicode Sp. z o.o., part of Pentacomp Group, has been delivering IT solutions and technology services for nearly 30 years to major enterprises and public sector institutions. They implement projects supporting clients' digital transformation by combining experience with modern technologies. This position is for a client in the insurance industry.

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably 10+ years at a senior level
• Experience with insurance sector projects and familiarity with its terminology
• Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
• Knowledge of IT system design principles, system architecture, and software engineering
• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN notations
• Experience designing integration interfaces (e.g., API)
• Experience in analyzing and designing user interfaces including mockups and prototypes
• Experience analyzing non-functional requirements, especially security and performance
• Experience working with tools Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence

Nice to have:

• Experience working in agile methodologies (Agile)
• Experience as or collaborating with a Product Owner managing and prioritizing backlog
• Knowledge of SQL

• Business and system analysis
• Gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Creating and detailing backlog elements
• Proposing and consulting system solutions with business users
• Providing analytical support during design, development, and testing phases
• Collaborating with architects, analysts, and development teams
• Coordinating with primary project stakeholders such as Project Management, Key Users, and Sponsors
