Senior Software Engineer

We are a team of hackers building an AI Security Engineer: security automation aiming to match human-level performance in security code review. We are developing state-of-the-art AI Agents for cybersecurity and integrating them into autonomous systems. The company is a 13-person team split between Poland (mainly Gdańsk) and San Francisco. They have raised $6M so far and are part of the NATO DIANA program and other NATO-related initiatives. Our clients operate in industries where cybersecurity is mission-critical.

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient full-stack development with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experienced with Git workflows including PRs and code review.
• Experience building products that real users use.
• Ability to independently learn new tools and domains without waiting for specs.
• Willingness to challenge ideas and accept pushback.
• Curiosity about production use of large language models (LLMs).
• Comfortable discussing concerns directly with founders.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

• Build prototypes and take them all the way into production, owning the messy parts too.
• Get requirements directly from founders and the tech team through real conversations.
• Push product direction based on actual user needs.
• Own a product area from the first idea to shipped feature.
• Collaborate with other teams to design, build, and test new features.
• Build on the core platform: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn.
• Work on distributed, high-performance scanning systems on AWS and Kubernetes, scaling the infrastructure for 10x load.
• Advance state-of-the-art security automation and defend tradeoffs to product and business.
• Occasionally join customer calls to provide technical insights.
• Optimize services for scalability, stability, and observability as the product grows.
• Help define long-term team processes and practices.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
