ERP Implementation Consultant / Project Manager

Attomy Sp. z o.o. operates in ERP implementation with a focus on the Odoo platform. They develop projects combining ERP, eCommerce, CRM, production, and AI into a unified business ecosystem.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in ERP system implementations
• Experience with at least one ERP system: Odoo (preferred), Comarch XL, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, enova365, IFS, or Sage
• Practical ERP system configuration experience
• Strong understanding of business processes (sales, purchasing, warehouse, production, accounting or related)
• Experience conducting workshops, business analysis, and client relations
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and development tasks
• Good organizational skills, independence, and responsibility
• Communicative English language skills (minimum B2)

• Conduct business workshops and analyze client needs
• Map and optimize business processes using Odoo
• Independently configure standard Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, etc.)
• Prepare functional documentation only for developer-required features
• Collaborate with the development team on custom solutions
• Test new functionalities and manage client acceptance
• Manage project schedules and coordinate the project team
• Conduct training for end users
• Participate actively in pre-sales activities (workshops, needs analysis, presentations)
• Build implementation best practices and team working standards
