Procter & Gamble is hiring for a Data Manager role focused on the Employee Care data ecosystem within their Digital Workplace and Facilities Services. The candidate will work across three interconnected teams: Employee Care D&A Product team, Employee Care Service team, and Employee Insights Program, contributing both strategically and operationally to data stewardship and governance.

Wymagania

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years experience in data stewardship, data management, or data governance.
  • Hands-on experience managing data from ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticket management platforms.
  • Experience designing and running data change management processes, including regression and NNIT testing.
  • Strong understanding of canonical data modeling, taxonomies, and data standardization.
  • Working knowledge of data architecture principles and engagement with architecture artifacts.
  • Strong hands-on SQL skills and experience with data quality assessment.
  • Experience working with Databricks.
  • Ability to partner with business stakeholders to align on KPI definitions and business terminology.

Preferred:

  • Background in Employee Care, HR Services, IT Service Management, or Shared Services.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms (Databricks, Azure, AWS).
  • Experience using or enabling Power BI or comparable BI/analytics tools.
  • Certifications in data governance, data management, or ITSM domains.
  • Experience contributing to data contracts with SaaS vendors.

Obowiązki

1. Own Source Data Stewardship & Governance:

  • Act as primary data steward for Employee Care source systems, including ServiceNow and AskEve/Rezolve.
  • Map tables and fields to analytics needs, assess data completeness, and collaborate with platform owners to close data gaps.

2. Lead Source Data Change Management:

  • Establish and manage formal change management processes for schema, fields, value lists, and workflows.
  • Conduct impact assessments, communication, approvals, validation, and maintain regression and No-Negative-Impact Testing (NNIT) protocols.

3. Shape the Data Strategy for Employee Care:

  • Define data asset strategy and priorities in partnership with the Employee Care D&A Product Owner.

4. Build Business Partnership Around Definitions & KPIs:

  • Align with HR, IT, and Support Operations on KPI definitions and business terminology.
  • Maintain a business glossary for the Employee Care domain.

5. Define and Monitor Data Quality:

  • Assess and define data quality rules, monitor data quality, and lead remediation with data owners.

6. Lead Taxonomy Design & Canonical Data Modeling:

  • Design employee intent taxonomy and service accountability model for classification.
  • Govern the canonical data model standardizing definitions across support tiers.

7. Partner on Data Architecture:

  • Collaborate with architects and engineers on conceptual, logical, and physical models, integration designs, and data flows.

8. Drive Metadata Management & Data Cataloging:

  • Manage metadata and lead data cataloging activities, ensuring business definitions, lineage, ownership, and quality metrics.

9. Own Data Asset Validation & Testing:

  • Define test cases and acceptance criteria, maintain regression tests, and partner with QA and business SMEs to validate data assets.
