Data Security Advisor

Toyota Motor Europe NV/SA (Branch in Poland) is hiring for its Cybersecurity team located in Wrocław. The team operates within TME’s IT & Digital division focusing on building resilient security frameworks, managing cyber risks, and promoting security culture across digital assets and operations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data protection, security advisory, or risk management in enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and related standards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are an advantage.

• Assess current data protection practices, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend improvements.
• Define and support implementation of data security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support design and implementation of technical controls including encryption, DLP, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and secure architectures.
• Monitor data security risks and contribute to incident response and remediation.
• Translate technical risks into business-relevant insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, and business teams to embed security by design.
• Contribute to awareness, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
