Senior Change Manager

FERCHAU Poland is involved in an international digital transformation program delivering large-scale digital workplace initiatives for a global partner. The company has been established since 1966 in Germany with more than 120 branches and services reputable international customers.

• Proven experience in Change Management within large international organizations
• Experience supporting Digital Workplace, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS Cloud, or similar environments
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or ACMP
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and organizational readiness activities
• Ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Data-driven approach and experience using KPIs to measure change adoption and effectiveness
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level)

• Drive and implement change management initiatives supporting large digital workplace transformations
• Evaluate business impact of upcoming changes and assess organizational preparedness
• Plan and align change activities across multiple technology releases and implementation waves
• Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership for engagement and sponsorship
• Address adoption barriers and develop strategies to increase employee engagement
• Design and monitor success metrics for user adoption, change effectiveness, and business readiness
• Provide insights and updates to governance and program leadership teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a complex global environment
