Software Developer - Go or PHP

• At least 2 years of backend development experience with PHP or Go.
• Knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
• Hands-on experience with SQL, NoSQL, and queue systems.
• Understanding of system monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, New Relic).
• Practice in TDD and pair programming.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD workflows.

• Develop and maintain backend applications in collaboration with distributed teams in Poland, Austria, Slovakia, and Norway.
• Write efficient, reliable, clean, and maintainable code for services used by internal users and external clients.
• Follow best practices including writing tests and reviewing code.
• Work in Scrum using Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation.
• Participate in TDD and pair programming practices.

Nice to have:

• Experience with containerization technologies such as k8s, Docker, and AWS.
• Experience designing and working on highly scalable systems.
• Experience with JavaScript and React is a plus but not required.
