As IT Partner in Supply Area Central Europe, you will provide professional onsite IT support with a high service level to local co-workers, secure support for a number of Inter IKEA IT systems, and ensure the knowledge is professionally up-to-date about advances in technology. You will be the link between central stakeholders and the office in the country.
Wymagania
- Good knowledge of software, hardware, IP networks, and voice communication.
- Good knowledge of IT service management, information security, and data privacy processes and guidelines.
- General knowledge of relevant technology standards, trends, and innovations.
- Good knowledge of project management tools and methodology.
- Experience managing vendors and service providers.
- Risk assessment knowledge.
- Very good knowledge of Office 365 tools and environment.
- Self-reliant and motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
- Service-minded and professional, focusing on end users’ needs and Inter IKEA business operations.
- Good knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Azure, and Power Apps.
- Verbal and written fluency in English.
Additional strengths:
- Experience working within IT, preferably in global organizations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps platforms.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ability to formulate queries (prompts).
Obowiązki
- Perform and manage planned activities like IT installations, upgrades, rebuilds, and maintenance according to agreed goals and strategies.
- Take necessary decisions and actions to solve issues and prioritize according to business needs in cooperation with the global Single Point of Contact (Helpdesk).
- Perform daily tasks according to set procedures, rules, and guidelines aligned within the organization.
- Actively participate in IT Partners’ network between other PLA units and secure IT communication locally.
- Provide technical training for onsite support staff and new hires, including setup of technical equipment such as laptops.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine monitoring to ensure continuous uptime of onsite IT infrastructure and IKEA Purchasing Business Applications.
- Contribute to continuous improvements within IT service desk, onsite, and beyond via IT Process lead, IT project, IT Service Owner, and Digital Workplace.
- Responsible for IT security onsite in close cooperation with risk management, information security, and data privacy.
- Monitor developments of IT technologies and system trends and evaluate their business benefits.
- Manage relationships with Inter IKEA IT, vendors, contractors, service providers, and other stakeholders regarding support, upgrades, bug reporting, and change requests.
- Act as an ambassador of Inter IKEA values at all times.
