Fund Accounting Business Analyst

• 7-9 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis
• Experience in Funds services domain is a must
• Detailed practical experience using JIRA and Agile methodology
• Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and service commitment
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
• Operates with limited direct supervision
• Ability to influence change at different organizational levels
• Exposure to global clients and understanding of global work culture
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

• Lead business analysis activities on assigned projects ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Ensure technical solutions are accurately aligned with business objectives, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Facilitate the adoption of new systems and workflows by business units, ensuring smooth transitions
• Take proactive actions to minimize and mitigate implementation and project risk
• Lead process optimization initiatives to establish a culture of continuous improvement
• Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge to resolve issues within own area
• Ensure innovative solutions for challenging deliveries
• Provide MIS reporting to senior leadership team
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
• Manage complex programmes and project plans with due diligence
• Assess risk appropriately when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations to safeguard Citigroup, its clients, and assets
