Expert MCAE Engineer

The role is embedded in the automotive sector, focusing on hardware development for products such as radar, ECU, and displays. The work involves simulation evaluation and validation to support accurate design decisions in automotive electronics and hardware.

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Practical experience in performing implicit and explicit nonlinear simulations including Structural Stress and Strain Analysis, Modal (Natural Frequency) Analysis, Random Vibration Analysis, Shock and Impact Simulations, and Thermal Expansion Analysis.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in FEM simulations using Abaqus/Ansys software.
• Basic understanding of CAD tools such as UG-NX, Ansys Spaceclaim, Ansys Discovery.

Nice to have:

• Minimum 5-10 years experience in the automotive industry, preferably in automotive electronics hardware development.
• Experience with HyperMesh and/or LS-DYNA software.
• Practical knowledge of material model calibration for simulation, including elastic-plastic models for polymers and hyperelastic models for elastomers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong team-oriented mindset and collaboration skills.

• Evaluate internal and external requirements and propose appropriate simulation approaches.
• Prepare and simplify geometry based on selected simulation methods.
• Develop, prepare, and calibrate material models.
• Create simulation models independently, define analyses, execute jobs, and monitor results.
• Interpret simulation results and prepare technical reports.
