DQ Technical Support (Java, Kubernetes)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing position
• Proficiency in reading system logs as part of ticket resolution
• Familiarity with Linux systems
• Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Basic understanding of SSL, LDAP/SSO protocols, networking, and firewalls
• Knowledge of Java and REST API
• Knowledge of Kubernetes

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Spark and Hadoop

• Manage all communication with the client's DQ customers and partners to resolve support tickets within defined SLA
• Coordinate and track escalation of tickets to the client's FTE support team
• Maintain records of all communication and actions for support tickets in Zendesk
• Contribute frequently answered questions to the client's knowledge base
• Participate in on-call rotations for rapid resolution of severe issues (Severity 1)
• Assess whether support tickets are feature requests or product bugs and replicate bugs
