ServiceNow / ITSM Specialist - IT Asset Management & CMDB (m/w/d)

emagine Polska is recruiting for an ITSM Specialist role focused on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) based in Cologne, Germany. The position involves both process definition and technical implementation on the ServiceNow platform within the IT administration category.

• Several years of experience in Asset Management
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Understanding of CMDB data models
• Experience developing flows, catalog items, and business rules
• Good JavaScript skills
• Fluent German language skills at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow Discovery
• ITIL

• Coordinate and define a central IT Asset Management process
• Implement the defined process within the ServiceNow platform
• Onboard units to use the IT Asset Management process
• Develop and optimize catalog items related to Asset & Configuration Management
• Ensure the quality of asset data
