IT Project Manager

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in complex technology environments
• Successful delivery of IT projects end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources
• Proven coordination of cross-functional and technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured, proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar
• PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, or other relevant project management certifications
• Experience delivering projects for external clients or multiple business units
• Experience working in international or distributed teams

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through delivery
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical and business stakeholders
• Establish and maintain project plans to monitor progress against objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management
• Prepare and present regular project status reports highlighting progress and risks
• Ensure project priorities align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Drive decision-making and proactively address obstacles impacting delivery
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Continuously improve project management processes and delivery practices
