• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (ideally Remix or Next.js)
• Strong experience with React / Next.js / React-Router or other isomorphic JS frameworks
• Experience leading production projects or small teams
• Pragmatic engineering focus on scalable, practical solutions
• Design-awareness with attention to polish, UX, and performance
• Strong communication skills for discussing trade-offs with clients and teammates
• Comfortable managing multiple shifting priorities with PM and tech lead support
• Fluent English (C1) and Polish (C1)

• Lead front-end development for top-tier eCommerce projects
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, project managers, and clients to create high-performing storefronts
• Write clean, thoughtful, and production-ready code
• Make key architectural and technical decisions
• Ensure delivery excellence and lead communication with clients when needed
• Continuously drive better engineering practices and scalable solutions
• Contribute to internal standards, tooling, and workflows
• Mentor other developers and promote best practices
