Workday Specialist

• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core; experience with Time Tracking or Compensation modules is a plus
• Solid understanding of Workday fundamentals including Staffing, Worker Data, Organizations, Business Processes, and Reporting
• Ability to work with structured datasets to validate configuration changes
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets with attention to data accuracy
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and translate business needs into systems
• Mindset focused on simplification, standardisation, and continuous improvement
• Advanced English communication skills

• Configure and enhance Workday's Core HCM module for scalability, consistency, and ease of navigation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system design improvements
• Strengthen document generation, validation logic, and reporting to reduce manual work and errors
• Provide guidance and support to employees using Workday
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy
• Contribute to documentation, change management, and configuration standards
