Cloud Engineer (Azure OR AWS OR GCP)

The role is within the Digital / Cloud / Platform Engineering team in the public sector, based mostly remotely with some office presence in Warsaw.

• Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience, including at least 2 years as a Cloud Engineer/DevOps
• Mid-level certification from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Completed IT studies
• English proficiency at B2 level (certificate required)
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud services including Identity, Networking, Compute, Storage, Containers, and Databases
• Experience building and maintaining Cloud services for compute, storage, and network
• Strong scripting/programming skills in PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Go, Bash, and Windows Command Prompt
• Experience in Linux administration and scripting (Red Hat preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft system administration
• Good understanding of DevOps and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS)
• Knowledge of Cloud Security and Compliance
• Experience cooperating with multiple support groups
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes including change, configuration, and release management
• Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Engineering
• Knowledge of Operations and Platform Maintenance
• Familiarity with Process Automation

• Administration and monitoring of enterprise Cloud environments
• Managing subscriptions, identities, and Cloud resources

• Preparing, updating, and maintaining reports and workflows
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining policies, guidelines, and SOPs
• Provisioning and de-provisioning of development environments and DevOps projects
• Providing 2nd line support for development teams in Cloud Services
• Coordination with 3rd line support
• Participation in project and coordination meetings
