IT 2nd Level Support (PLM)(all genders)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
• Familiarity with change management processes (CMII, ITIL, or similar) and experience developing installation scripts for global distribution is desirable.
• Independent and precise work style with strong problem-solving skills and understanding of complex processes and interdependencies.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills across different teams and regions (R&D, Operations).
• Knowledge of PLM systems (Siemens Teamcenter is a plus).
• Proficient in CAD for mechanical systems (PTC Creo preferred; Autodesk Inventor a plus).

• Support the end-to-end solution from creating product designs in 3D Mechanical CAD systems (Creo and Inventor) to releasing them in the global PLM System (Teamcenter).
• Provide tier 2 support (troubleshooting and resolving issues) in close collaboration with power users (tier 1).
• Identify improvement areas in functionalities, performance, automation, user-friendliness, and solution robustness.
• Contribute to the evolution of global process templates, design guidelines, and quality checks in collaboration with Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Business Analyst.
• Support installation of MCAD applications including Teamcenter integrations for end-user clients.
• Maintain documentation to empower power users (user manuals, process documentation) and execute test scripts.
• Support enhancement and upgrade projects through all phases until production delivery.
• Conduct user training for new and refreshed functionalities.
