Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation (CEE/SEE)

Benefit Systems International S.A. is part of the Benefit Systems capital group focusing on foreign markets in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Turkey, and Croatia. The Project Management Department manages changes in systems and processes delivered to its subsidiaries. The project is a multi-million-euro digital transformation program rolling out the MAC (Mobile App for Customers) platform and digitizing customer journeys across Central and Southern Europe.

• 10+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years leading large international transformation programs.
• Proven background in top-tier consulting firms (Big4, MBB, Tier-2) or experience delivering complex management advisory or operating model transformation projects.
• Track record in digital transformation programs and digital product/platform rollouts in international environments.
• Superior communication and presentation skills with experience defending recommendations to C-Level executives.
• Full professional fluency in English at C1/C2 level.
• Executive presence comfortable working with CEOs, CFOs, and Board members.
• Consulting mindset with problem-solving skills to translate strategy into tactical execution.
• Experienced in organizational change management, addressing resistance, fostering adoption, and leading without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking including understanding of commercial objectives, ROI, and decision-making dynamics.

• Define implementation roadmaps, monitor business cases, and track business value realization (ROI).
• Manage relationships with C-Level executives, chair Steering Committees, and lead strategic communications.
• Proactively mitigate risks, manage cross-project dependencies, drive organizational change management, and embed new business processes.
• Synchronize efforts across central teams and local markets including Product, PMO, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Oversee key software suppliers and external technology partners.
