Salesforce Consultant (CPQ & Admin Focus)

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Experience with both declarative (point-and-click) and programmatic Salesforce development.
• Salesforce certification such as Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
• Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, deployment processes, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, governor limits, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Field Service.
• Experience delivering Education Cloud implementations or other industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with integration technologies including MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience working in international and distributed teams.

• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Create and maintain unit tests and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Senior Salesforce Architects to validate requirements and solution designs.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards, scalability requirements, and platform limitations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Optimize existing Salesforce applications and improve platform performance.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure seamless system integrations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to development best practices.
