Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer

YourITeams is hiring a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join their technical team focused on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE developer with several completed implementations or major upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform capabilities, data model, security model, and customisation options.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web API, and working with RESTful services.
• Experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integration patterns using Azure services is preferred.
• Familiarity with source control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment techniques.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data migration strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications are an advantage.

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) using supported frameworks and best practices.
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript web resources, and integrations with external systems via APIs and Azure services.
• Analyse business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor less-experienced developers.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, contribute technical estimates, and support project planning.
• Develop and maintain deployment pipelines, configuration scripts, and environment setup documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Document development work, including technical designs, operational runbooks, and release notes.
