DQ Technical Support (Java, Kubernetes)

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing position
• Proficiency in reading system logs for ticket resolution
• Familiarity with Linux systems
• Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Basic understanding of SSL, LDAP/SSO protocols, networking, and firewalls
• Knowledge of Java and REST API
• Knowledge of Kubernetes

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Spark and Hadoop

• Managing all communication with indicated Client’s DQ customers and partners to resolve support tickets within defined SLA
• Coordinating and tracking escalation of tickets to Client's FTE support team
• Maintaining records of all communications and actions for support tickets in Zendesk
• Contributing frequently answered questions to the Client's knowledge base
• Participating in on-call rotations for urgent issue resolution (Severity 1)
• Assessing support tickets for feature requests or product bugs and replicating bugs
