Senior Full-Stack Developer – Laravel & Statamic

Upvanta is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a team creating and developing modern web applications and platforms based on CMS systems. The role focuses on backend architecture, CMS integration, performance, security, and automation processes.

• Minimum 5 years of full-stack software development experience covering backend, frontend, and infrastructure elements.
• Advanced knowledge of PHP and Laravel, including application structure design, debugging, optimization, and creating scalable and modular solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Statamic CMS.
• Experience creating CMS-based solutions, including content modeling and editorial workflow design.
• Practical knowledge of Linux systems and server administration.
• Good understanding of web server technologies such as Nginx or Apache.
• Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies and understanding of orchestration concepts.
• Knowledge of best practices for application security, performance, and scalability.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications with emphasis on backend architecture and CMS integration.
• Design, develop, and optimize CMS-based platforms including content modeling and editorial workflow design.
• Create and evolve applications using PHP and Laravel with modular architecture, queues, caching, and secure authentication.
• Integrate Statamic CMS or similar solutions into application and platform architecture.
• Collaborate on AWS and/or Azure cloud environment deployments.
• Work with containerization technologies including Docker to support modern deployment models.
• Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Support DevOps practices, especially CI/CD and automation of build, test, and deployment processes.
• Integrate application layers with infrastructure elements like databases, servers, and cloud services.
• Analyze technical issues, debug, and optimize existing solutions.
