Solution Architect

Upvanta is recruiting for a Solution Architect to work on complex enterprise solutions within the financial sector, supporting multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with technical and business teams.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or solution design.
• Experience designing enterprise-class solutions.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, and Azure.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server, IBM MQ, and Kafka.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Ability to create architectural documentation and follow SDLC processes with formal documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• English language proficiency enabling work in an international environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial, banking, or Financial Market Infrastructure (FMI) sectors.
• Knowledge of IBM Mainframe.
• Knowledge of Angular.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and cloud migration.
• Familiarity with containerization and on-premises environments.
• Knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud Platform.

• Translate business, client, and regulatory requirements into technical solutions and system architectures.
• Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders.
• Support multiple projects concurrently.
• Create architectural documentation, diagrams, and solution designs.
• Design scalable, performant, and reliable enterprise solutions.
• Integrate systems using established integration patterns.
• Participate in projects involving migration to Azure Cloud and containerization of on-premises environments.

Candidates must be located in Poland. On-site visits limited to a maximum of two times per year for onboarding, client visits, or important workshops, in hybrid locations: Wrocław or Kraków.
