AI Adoption Lead

In Scalo, the team delivers software projects supporting partners in business development. They create software to enable people to make changes, operate faster, and achieve better results. Their areas include technological consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 5 years experience in Software Engineering, IT Architecture, or related technical roles.
• Practical experience using GenAI solutions and large language models in software development.
• Knowledge of engineering tools like GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise, Azure AI, or related.
• Experience designing and building AI agents, automation workflows, and integrating AI with developer tools.
• Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation.
• Experience identifying and deploying initiatives to enhance technology team productivity.
• Experience leading workshops, trainings, mentoring, or initiatives related to team work transformation.
• Understanding of AI-related security, governance, and responsible AI usage.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Highly developed communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience as Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Architect.
• Experience with AI Adoption initiatives, Engineering Excellence, or Developer Productivity.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Certifications related to AI, cloud, or solution architecture.

• Deliver services in the financial sector for a leading Polish bank focused on innovation, cloud, AI, and data science.
• Accelerate IT team work transformation using GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI engineering tools.
• Design and implement GenAI solutions supporting programming, testing, requirements analysis, documentation, and application maintenance.
• Build and develop AI agents, workflows, prompts, skills, templates, and accelerators for SDLC.
• Identify high-potential AI application areas and implement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
• Implement and develop AI tools supporting SDLC, including GitHub Copilot and related solutions.
• Support developers, testers, analysts, and DevOps teams in practical GenAI tool usage.
• Optimize SDLC processes via automation of code generation, test creation, error analysis, code review, and documentation preparation.
• Prepare reference solutions, standards, and implementation patterns to scale AI in the organization.
• Conduct workshops, trainings, mentoring, and coaching to facilitate AI adoption and technical skill growth.
• Define effectiveness metrics and monitor business benefits from AI solutions deployment.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, risk, and AI governance for solution compliance.
• Monitor market trends and recommend new tools and practices in AI engineering and Agentic AI.
• Deliver services using Agile methodology, closely cooperating between technical and business teams.
• Provide services remotely with occasional presence for implementation and workshops in Katowice.
