Handle complaints, non-conformities, crisis situations, and product withdrawal processes.
Oversee deviation processes, CAPA, validations, and implementation of quality changes.
Prepare the organization for internal, external, and certification audits and cooperate with control units.
Manage the company laboratory and quality control processes according to ISO 17025 requirements.
Ensure timely release of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.
Support implementation of new products and investment projects through risk assessment and quality compliance assurance.
Initiate and implement improvement actions and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
Build, develop, and inspire QA, QC teams and the Laboratory.
Actively participate in shaping strategy and achieving business goals of the plant.
