Junior R&D Project Manager

• Master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 2 years of experience in R&D or technical project management within the energy sector or similar industrial environment
• Familiarity with transformers and product development is a plus
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and technologies relevant to the energy sector
• Ability to analyze project data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions
• Fluency in English
• Skilled in project management tools and familiar with the gate model
• PM certification preferable (PMP, Prince2, CAPM)
• Comfortable working in international, cross-cultural teams
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Lead and manage complex, multi-location R&D projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
• Drive project performance across cost, schedule, and quality
• Ensure internal customer satisfaction and value creation
• Monitor risks, changes, and opportunities proactively
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and management
• Apply best practices in project management
