• University degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
• Over 10 years of experience in senior technical or architecture roles.
• Advanced proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20) with deep knowledge of RAII, smart pointers, STL, concurrency, and memory management.
• Proven experience with multithreading, synchronization primitives, asynchronous I/O, and real-time system design.
• Proficiency with building systems (CMake, Visual Studio) and cross-platform development for Windows and Linux.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture patterns.
• Demonstrated skills in performance profiling, optimization, and low-latency systems.
• Good understanding of software architecture principles and secure, scalable system design.
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing techniques and frameworks.
• Experience with Cloud and DevOps practices.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity.
• Experience in UI and web development.
• Knowledge of non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, security.
• Practical experience in power grid management systems and monitoring, including industrial automation systems (SCADA, IED, RTU).
• Familiarity with industrial protocols and standards (IEC 61850, IEC-60870-5-104, DNP3, OPC UA, IEEE C37.118).
• Experience engaging with power grid industry clients and system integration.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear technical designs.
• Solid understanding of numerical methods, signal processing, and control fundamentals.
• Familiarity with power system dynamics and renewable energy stability challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

• Lead system design in multithreading, synchronization, I/O, and latency for real-time operation.
• Architect interoperability layers connecting high-performance C++ cores with managed runtime services (including Rust).
• Drive performance optimization and scalability, profiling threading behavior and minimizing lock contention.
• Propagate modern programming practices and techniques based on the latest C++ standards.
• Maintain high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to SOLID, KISS, DRY, and best practices.
• Mentor development teams on system design and maintaining code quality in performance-critical sections.
• Lead technical architecture reviews, design documentation, and roadmaps for feature development and modernization.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural designs.
• Support strategic technology decisions on dependencies, tooling, and secure software supply chain practices.
• Maintain cross-platform support ensuring consistency across Linux and Windows.
• Drive Linux development and deployment strategies.
• Contribute to designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Continuously enhance existing systems and contribute to new feature creation.
• Work effectively within an agile environment and actively participate in a cross-disciplinary team.
