Remote Tech AI Architect

Holisticon Insight is a data-focused technology and consulting company, part of the Nexer Group. They build data platforms and data-intensive systems solving real business problems, integrating data from multiple sources including IoT and operational systems, building scalable data pipelines, semantic layers, and delivering analytics and AI solutions used in production. The company combines data engineering, cloud, and software development, focusing on clean architecture and modern tech stacks to optimize processes and support business teams. They are engaged in a multi-year joint transformation program involving agentic engineering with an industrial engineering client, applying AI-assisted development in real industrial software environments.

• Experience with LLM-based systems in production including retrieval, evaluation, guardrails, and human review.
• Familiarity with agent runtimes and tool protocols at implementation level.
• Knowledge of modern SDLC and CI/CD processes,and how agent automation affects them.
• Fluent English and comfort in running technical sessions.
• Comfortable working in undefined or evolving scopes.

Nice to have:

• Experience in C, embedded, or safety-critical development.
• Testing of long-lived systems: differential testing, simulation, regression suites, test evidence.
• Knowledge graphs, semantic search, or making complex document collections searchable.
• Self-hosted and local model deployment.
• Experience with Databricks including governance and data access control.
• Familiarity with EU AI Act and Cyber Resilience Act.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-heavy R&D.

• Design and deliver agentic engineering workflows integrated into existing SDLC and CI/CD tools.
• Design retrieval and memory layers over engineering artefacts for traceability.
• Define validation methods for AI-generated output against fixed baselines and production implementations.
• Write classification and access rules enforced externally with human decision points.
• Participate in technical assessment workshops and pilot selection.

Engagement:

• Consultant role through Holisticon Insight.
• Full-time, mainly remote with travel to Sweden during workshop weeks.
