M&A Senior Consultant – ERP

EY GDS Poland is a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY, focusing on transformation advice for private and public clients with deep sector knowledge and a global network including local market experts.

• Strong understanding and practical experience with ERP platforms (e.g. SAP S/4Hana, MS Dynamics) and ERP-dependent satellite applications
• Over 6 years' experience in IT project management and IT consulting roles
• At least 3 years of experience in ERP-related transformation projects in large-scale or multi-entity environments
• Experience supporting ERP activities in business transitions such as migrations, re-platforming, integrations, or system upgrades
• Understanding of ERP systems supporting core business processes like Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deal-driven environments with strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Analytical mindset, adaptability, and willingness to learn in dynamic M&A contexts
• Willingness to travel across the EU up to 20% annually
• Excellent written and verbal command of English
• Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours to collaborate with international teams

Nice to have:

• Experience in ERP projects in M&A transactions including integrations, separations, transformations
• Experience supporting ERP workstreams during business transitions including data, process, or system technology alignment
• Experience in professional services or consulting environments, especially in technology or operational transformation
• ERP certifications
• University degree in a field related to IT
• Experience building strong relationships with senior clients, providing influence, advice, and support to key decision makers
• Experience working in international environments

• Support end-to-end ERP workstreams in strategic and complex transformations or M&A transactions
• Contribute to ERP strategy and architecture discussions, including system separation, integration, and optimization
• Coordinate complex ERP projects and manage relations with client stakeholders, including C-level
• Develop high-quality client deliverables such as presentations, assessments, and business cases
• Translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions across ERP platforms
• Leverage AI tools and innovative approaches to accelerate analysis, solution design, and delivery efficiency
• Quickly ramp up on new functional or technical areas using structured thinking and AI-assisted problem solving
• Identify opportunities for innovation and automation in client environments and proactively propose improvements
