Senior Customer Success Architect

• 4+ years of experience in advanced Kubernetes architectural components
• 3+ years of experience leading or playing a critical role in helping customers adopt Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies at scale in production
• Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Demonstrated networking knowledge, including in-depth experience with Kubernetes networking

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of guidelines for operating system security and their application in cloud-native technologies
• Experience embedding monitoring and understanding observability pillars
• Experience designing enterprise-grade Kubernetes systems
• Experience with Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI)
• Familiarity with automation tools and technologies for repetitive tasks
• Ability to provide well-structured technical reasoning about various CNCF technologies
• Ability to make informed recommendations for cloud-native solutions based on technical and business needs
• Additional language skills in German, French, and/or Arabic

• Help customers be successful with Cilium Enterprise
• Engage with assigned customer accounts to accelerate value realization by designing, implementing, and guiding production rollouts
• Build deep technical relationships with key customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
• Conduct workshops on existing and new product capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering and support to unblock customer issues
• Create workshops, training materials, reference architectures, product documentation, and other artifacts to provide additional value
• Stay passionate about technology and expert in OSS, Kubernetes, and cloud providers
• Collaborate with technical talent and learn leading technology
