System Analyst (K/M)

Alior Bank SA is a financial institution operating in Poland with offices in Warszawa, Kraków, and Gdańsk. The position involves supporting systems related to financing business clients in the banking sector.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business and system analysis; experience in financing or financial industry preferred.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations and experience with CASE tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect).
• Ability to collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements; create User Stories and use cases; maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of integration topics; design and analyze REST and SOAP services; ability to analyze application logs.
• Analytical thinking, independence, communication skills, and ability to design solutions matching business needs.
• Additional desired skills include knowledge of SQL and database tools, experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies, higher education preferably technical, English proficiency for technical documentation, experience with credit systems or business client financing, and knowledge of Jaspersoft Studio (JasperReports) for reporting and document design related to business processes.

• Participate in projects developing systems supporting business client financing processes using agile methodologies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions, including documentation.
• Design business processes, integration, and system solutions in cooperation with IT and business teams.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner in managing product backlog and prioritizing requirements.
• Administer and support credit systems used within the bank.
