IT Technical Project Manager

People More is a company with a large client base in the country and abroad, building projects from scratch or partially, covering UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile. They work directly for clients and support partners in their own solutions. The position is for a project with their partner, focused on e-invoicing implementations for the UAE market.

• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation Management, Delivery Management, or similar roles.
• Strong experience leading software implementation or integration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Very good English and Polish language skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with e-invoicing platforms.
• Experience with EDI solutions.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, structured file formats, or API integrations.
• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Understanding of electronic document exchange processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience working in international projects.

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for e-invoicing solutions.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings and establish implementation plans.
• Gather and document client requirements.
• Translate business requirements into structured technical specifications for internal teams.
• Coordinate communication between clients and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide regular project status updates and progress reports.
• Support internal teams in prioritization and execution of implementation activities.
• Learn and work with configuration and administration tools used in the solution.
• Configure selected solution components when required.
• Deliver customer trainings and support users during onboarding.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
