Wymagania

  • Solid knowledge of logistics operations including warehousing and distribution, understanding handling processes and damage origins.
  • Deep understanding of quality management in outsourced environments, focusing on fact-based performance measurement and partner-driven improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with data and reporting, able to build Power BI reports and ensure data quality.
  • Proven ability to design and implement usable KPIs, working methods, and standard operating procedures.
  • Experience in developing training materials and building competence across diverse audiences and cultures.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Self-driven, curious, highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and driving change with attention to detail.
  • University degree in logistics, engineering, economics, or business.
  • Fluent in English.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience including influence beyond own unit.
  • Experience with IKEA Supply Chain and leading cross-functional, cross-cultural initiatives is a plus.

Obowiązki

  • Build the fact base for quality with KPIs and Power BI reporting to make service provider performance visible and actionable.
  • Benchmark performance across the network, identify gaps, and develop improvement plans for underperforming units.
  • Define clear and practical standards in the SOPs for handling exceptions, returns, and deviations with clear responsibilities.
  • Develop training material and build competence across business teams and service providers.
  • Secure appropriate handling materials at optimal cost and quality, identifying sourcing models through IKEA Components.
  • Take on other assigned projects across the category.
  • Represent IKEA as a trusted business partner towards service providers with a value- and fact-based approach.
