Gemius is a company operating in data-related technologies, focused on solutions processing billions of media data records. The candidate will join the IT Solutions Delivery department responsible for development, maintenance, and technological transformation of Gemius' systems.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Python and strong knowledge of its ecosystem
- Commercial experience with Django, including creating REST API
- Strong knowledge of databases: MySQL, Cassandra, and ClickHouse
- Practical knowledge of RabbitMQ and asynchronous communication
- Ability to take responsibility for solutions from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Skills in time and complexity estimation and critical approach to business requirements
- Proactive "can-do" attitude focused on goals and optimal solutions
- English language proficiency enabling fluent communication
Nice to have:
- Commercial experience working with Apache Spark for Big Data processing

- Design, develop, and optimize high-availability backend systems
- Make key architectural and technological decisions in the area of responsibility
- Analyze business requirements and independently plan and estimate solutions
- Integrate with distributed databases and queuing systems
- Share knowledge, conduct code reviews, and provide technical team support and mentoring
