Senior Java Engineer

• Strong commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Solid hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience with distributed or event-driven systems
• Practical AWS and Kubernetes experience
• Production troubleshooting with a performance and reliability mindset
• Ability to make architectural decisions and take ownership beyond individual tickets
• Strong communication skills
• English language proficiency at C1 level

• Own architecture and technical decisions in a staff-level individual contributor role
• Work on event-driven integrations and distributed systems
• Mix of new development, redesign, and improving existing production systems
• Contribute to long-term product development
