Senior Digital Workspace Engineer (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Agents) (K/M)

ALIOR BANK, located in Warsaw, operates in the financial sector. The role supports the digital workspace platform for over 6,000 employees across locations including Kraków, Warszawa, and Gdańsk.

• Several years of experience administering, designing, and developing solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integration with business systems.
• Interest and practical knowledge in AI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents in enterprise environments.
• Ability to design secure solutions complying with architectural, cybersecurity, GDPR, and financial sector regulations.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technological solutions.
• Skilled in task automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, and low-code tools.
• Ability to independently diagnose problems and make decisions in critical situations.
• Effective communication with internal clients and collaboration with architecture, security, compliance, and product teams.
• Ability to work in a team of specialists and basic knowledge of agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• English proficiency enabling comfortable use of technical documentation and cooperation with technology vendors.

• Design, implement, and develop solutions for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI agents.
• Maintain and develop the digital workspace platform for over 6,000 employees, ensuring high availability, security, and service compliance.
• Define and implement standards for AI usage, agents, automation, and low-code solutions, including governance and SDLC/ALM principles.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, cybersecurity, and AI Competence Center teams on digital transformation initiatives.
• Analyze new technologies and implement innovative solutions to enhance employee work efficiency and business processes.
