Project Manager (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two areas: developing systems for clients mainly in finance, banking, fin-tech, and e-commerce sectors, and supporting clients in recruiting specialists via body leasing. They have extensive experience in large complex projects with millions of daily users, focusing on long-term and mostly remote engagements with periodic integration meetings. The current project is for a client in the payments industry involving the implementation and launch of an online platform for digital payments, lasting 6 months with possible extension.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, digital transformation, or technology implementation.
• Experience managing projects delivered by external IT providers or integrators.
• Knowledge in executing digital platforms, web services, portals, or web/mobile applications.
• Familiarity with full project lifecycle: requirements, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Skills in managing scope, schedule, risk, budget, changes, and suppliers.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
• Good understanding of SDLC, API, testing, release management, and production support.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master.
• Experience in regulated industries or large digital projects.
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, MS Project.
• Experience with client portals, CRM, IAM, cloud, or digital projects.

• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, budget, changes, and suppliers.
• Lead projects executed by external IT vendors or integrators.
• Oversee full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate using Agile and Waterfall methodologies with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain organizational skills.

The recruitment process consists of two stages: a short (~20 minutes) phone interview with HR and an online technical talk (~1 hour) with the client involving experience and technical questions.
