ORLEN S.A. is a modern international corporation with diverse business areas including customer service, fuel stations, convenience stores, electromobility, energy & gas, and marketing. The position is within a newly formed team focused on designing end-to-end process automation solutions integrated with AI agents and RPA technologies.

• Higher education, preferably in economics, computer science, mathematics, automation and robotics, or related fields
• Business-oriented thinking focused on business impact, customers, and processes beyond technology
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and justify technological choices
• At least 3 years of experience designing automation and intelligent automation solutions for business processes
• Experience in automation or process architecture in a large organization
• Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or similar
• Deep knowledge in at least one area: RPA, API integrations, LLM/agentic AI solutions, with awareness of other areas sufficient for informed solution pattern selection
• Experience collaborating with business, IT, and security areas
• Ability to design production solutions considering monitoring, security, scalability, and cost
• Very good command of English (C1 level)
• Effectiveness and business responsibility
• Continuous development mindset and ability to learn from diverse perspectives

Nice to have:

• Experience in building a team or capability from scratch
• Experience in business process automation or customer service
• Experience designing solutions based on AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool use, human-in-the-loop, and quality evaluation
• Knowledge of LLMOps practices, guardrails, decision audit, quality monitoring, and cost control of model usage

• Translate business needs from various areas (customer service, fuel stations, convenience stores, electromobility, energy & gas, marketing) into specific automation solution architectures
• Design end-to-end solutions covering business processes, automation pattern selection, and operation by AI agents and software robots
• Select appropriate technology, including decisions on the use of AI agents or RPA automation
• Define reusable components and production deployment criteria
• Collaborate with business areas, analysts, IT, and corporate architects to select platforms, ensure compliance with group standards, and integrate with domain systems
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture, security, legal, and regulatory standards of ORLEN Group
• Maintain compliance with legal and security requirements (AI Act, GDPR, sector regulations), including automated process risk assessments
• Participate in designing and building initial solutions within the newly created team
