Fullstack Developer

The role is within the farmers product team in IT & Digital, focusing on sustainable dairy farming solutions using the Salesforce platform including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

• Preferably a technical education background
• 2-3 years of experience in development, building components
• Preferably knowledge of Salesforce platform including Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs
• Organizational and planning skills
• Curious about technology and self-driven on learning
• Interest in how AI and agentic tooling can improve development; hands-on experience is a plus
• Excellent English skills with ability to communicate technical solutions to varied audiences

• Develop robust applications using Salesforce toolbox including Apex, LWC, Flows, and CI/CD tools
• Manage and mitigate technical debt
• Take full ownership of solutions from build to operations
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry best practices and guide teams accordingly
• Design and establish coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for development
• Work with agentic engineering tools and help evolve their use within development processes

The role requires working in the office 50% of the time plus one additional day monthly.
