IT Specialist - Commercial Retail Applications Support

Arla is a global leader in the dairy industry producing household-favourite brands. The role is within Arla's Commercial IT organization, supporting critical retail applications across multiple markets.

• Experience supporting business applications within a retail, commercial, or Trade Promotion Management environment.
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management and familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and provide practical solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, vendors, and IT colleagues internationally.
• Ownership mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work where technology and business processes intersect.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Visualfabriq or similar Trade Promotion Management solutions.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications.
• Experience with user administration, testing, or release activities.

• Provide second-line support for Visualfabriq users across multiple markets, ensuring stable day-to-day operations.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and user access issues in a timely manner.
• Manage user administration including access provisioning, role assignments, and security compliance.
• Support testing and deployment activities for system enhancements, releases, and business-driven changes.
• Monitor application performance and analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with vendors, business stakeholders, and internal IT teams while maintaining documentation, knowledge articles, and user training materials.

This role requires presence in the office 50% of the time plus one additional day monthly.
