Enterprise AI Architect / Lead AI Solutions Engineer

The position is within the US Professional Services / HR Consulting sector focused on Enterprise AI solutions development with a team of 1 Enterprise AI Architect and 2 Lead AI Solutions Engineers.

• Architect / Principal / Lead level experience (not execution-only)
• Hands-on coding and code review
• Experience in architecture of real systems including modules, integrations, reuse, versioning, and NFRs
• Strong engineering foundations in modern stack
• Practical experience with Git, code review, automated testing, CI/CD, and AI tools/platforms
• Deployed real LLM systems used by users, not just prototypes
• Knowledge of agentic patterns including tool use / function calling, MCP, prompt engineering, context engineering, orchestration
• Ability to assess when AI is appropriate versus conventional solutions
• Experience evaluating and improving nondeterministic systems
• Client-facing experience working with senior business stakeholders
• Presales skills including shaping, scoping, estimating, and presenting solutions
• Ability to explain technical solutions and trade-offs to non-technical people
• Ownership of architecture capabilities, standards, shared components, platform-level decisions, and security/compliance with sensitive HR data
• English proficiency at C1 level

• Work directly with senior business stakeholders and domain experts
• Identify processes suitable for automation
• Select tools, platforms, and approaches to business problems
• Prepare and present solution proposals including scope, approach, effort, and impact
• Engage in presales and cooperate with decision-makers
• Design, build, test, and maintain reusable AI skills
• Write and review production-quality code
• Build evaluation layers with golden cases, acceptance criteria, and regression checks
• Debug AI agent behaviors
• Integrate with platforms and data sources
• Conduct user pilots and iteratively improve solutions
• Define and enforce standards for creating, reviewing, versioning, and releasing AI skills
• Monitor AI tooling developments and implement corresponding solutions
