Lead Data Analyst (Żappka) (she/he/they)

Green Hive Technology is a software house within the Żabka Group developing digital solutions supporting one of the largest convenience ecosystems in Poland. They work on projects including the development of the Żappka app, data science initiatives for franchisees, generative artificial intelligence (genAI) products, and other innovative digital products.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in user and digital product analytics
• Experience in prioritizing and ensuring quality of analyses
• Led analytical projects coordinating experiments, reporting, and strategic initiatives
• Knowledge of statistical and analytical methods including cohort analysis, segmentation, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and business impact estimation
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with BI tools like Looker and Power BI
• Ability to interpret analysis results and translate them into concrete business recommendations
• Experience building scalable KPI reports and monitoring key metrics such as retention, DAU/MAU, ARPU, conversion funnel, churn, and engagement

• Developing and supervising experimentation processes focused on analytics quality and effectiveness, including defining KPIs, growth metrics, and methods for assessing impact using statistical analyses, cohort segmentation, and user-level analyses
• Building and developing scalable, consistent reporting supporting daily product decisions and long-term growth initiatives
• Setting priorities for analyses, defining the scope of activities, and expected impact on strategic goals
• Participating in experiment result analysis to identify growth mechanisms and precisely estimate changes' real impact using statistical tools
• Leading or supporting deep analyses to understand long-term effects, dependencies, and risks with advanced statistical and analytical methods
