Observability DevOps Engineer - RDT Digital Operations and Reliability

• 3 to 7 years of experience in the software development lifecycle, preferably in a multinational or healthcare environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with source code management tools like GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket and automated deployment pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Vault, or Consul.
• Experience with containers or Kubernetes environments.
• Solid understanding of centralized observability and monitoring systems, including Grafana Cloud, Splunk, or LogicMonitor.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English; ability to work across multiple time zones and travel occasionally.

• Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of efficient Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with stable, version-controlled configurations.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions such as Grafana Cloud to optimize availability, scalability, and performance.
• Implement DevSecOps practices by integrating security controls and infrastructure hardening throughout development and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional architects and developers to translate strategies and requirements into tasks.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, maintain documentation, and provide technical mentorship.
