Business Analyst - Strategy & Governance - RDT Diagnostics Business Operations

Roche Polska Sp. z o.o. operates in the healthcare industry with a focus on diagnostics and pharmaceuticals. The RDT DIA Business Operations team drives operational execution across RDT Diagnostics with strategic capabilities in governance, finance, operational intelligence, and transformation.

• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience in strategic governance or portfolio management.
• Experience managing end-to-end BA workstreams with ambiguous requirements.
• Ability to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and change management.
• Proficiency in operational performance tracking and KPI framework design.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including workshop facilitation and conflict resolution.
• Application of Roche's VACC Model and Creative Leadership principles to build team culture.

• Co-develop long-term roadmaps and governance forums to support RDT DIA leadership.
• Design and implement 'Minimum Viable Governance' frameworks to accelerate decision-making.
• Lead analysis of business problems and perform root cause analysis.
• Define outcome-driven metrics (OKRs) and automated operational dashboards.
• Act as a catalyst across the RDT DIA matrix to align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure strategies and digital solutions align with enterprise and RDT goals.
• Ensure all initiatives comply with healthcare regulatory standards and industry best practices.
