Base.com provides an all-in-one system for thousands of sellers integrating with industry leaders such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, DHL, and FedEx. The company has experienced 15-fold growth over the last 3 years and operates internationally from Europe to the Americas and Asia.

• Willingness to undertake international business trips (Europe, Americas, Asia), typically lasting 2–3 months
• Availability for trips to locations with local teams
• Experience and knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem
• Basic knowledge of Base, with experience in multiple implementations
• Very good communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
• Effective self-organization skills
• Developed analytical abilities
• At least basic knowledge of ERP class systems
• Communicative English language skills (minimum B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing SaaS B2B products
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP

• Conduct implementations of the Base system for clients across various time zones and cultures, from kick-off meetings to full system launch
• Support in designing optimal order processing workflows
• Integrate and configure the system with shops, wholesalers, marketplace accounts, and courier systems
