Windows Engineer (End-user computing)

The Polish branch in Katowice operates as a Global Delivery Center with around 1,000 specialists since 2007. The Digital Platform Services department focuses on cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup, storage, networking, and security.

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience with Jamf Pro administration and macOS device management (preferred).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
• Good knowledge of SCCM administration, including software distribution and deployment.
• Proven experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices in enterprise environments.
• Experience in application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Background in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage diverse endpoint ecosystems ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular visits to Katowice office.

• Manage end-to-end device lifecycle across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Administer and improve Jamf, Intune, and SCCM environments.
• Perform advanced 2nd and 3rd line troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Manage application lifecycle including packaging, deployment, updating, and retirement.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across multiple customer teams and technical disciplines.
• Share knowledge and strengthen the EUC team competence.
• Support operational delivery and strategic modernization initiatives.

Candidates must be located in the Silesian area and willing to commute to the Katowice office at least 2-3 days per week. The recruitment process includes a phone call and two one-hour interviews on Teams covering general and technical topics.
