Producer / Senior Producer

Rebel Wolves is a new game studio with a team of industry veterans experienced in critically acclaimed video games. The studio is focused on creating and managing games with a core principle that prioritizes the team. They are currently developing an AAA dark fantasy RPG called The Blood of Dawnwalker, the first in a planned saga set in a new universe.

• At least 4 years of experience as a game producer, preferably in a AAA team environment.
• Experience with various project management tools.
• Ability to co-manage teams of 5-10 members.
• Self-motivation, good communication skills, and team-player attitude.
• Experience cooperating with outsource vendors.
• Ability to adapt to rapid and agile iterative environments.
• Passion for games.
• Fluent English.

• Coordinating and tracking progress on project development, collaborating with interdisciplinary internal and external teams.
• Planning and overseeing production with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensuring timely delivery of projects, flagging risks, and collaborating with stakeholders on solutions.
• Supporting communication flow between departments.
